Or you could use a 4.075" bore with a 4.10" stroke. But bore vs. stroke ratios are better when going towards a larger bore vs. stroke.
The L92 isn't a 4.125 bore.

From the sticky:

Type:
6200 6.2L V-8 (L92)

Displacement (cu in / cc):
378 / 6199

Bore & stroke (in / mm):
4.06 x 3.62 / 103.25 x 92

This is what bg-sdpc said on 6/9/2006 in the L92 Blocks and Heads @ SDPC:

You're correct, it was probably just rounded with 3 sig figs.

I thought that the L92 4.065 bore combined with a 4in stroke crank made 416 cubes not 414?

Ok, well some quick math and it lookslike it comes out to 415.299 cubes, So actually it should be called a 415 cube L92.

I should have my build up sheet soon and I guess it will show its actual stock measurement and then whatever they cleaned it up to as new pistons went in.

Ill let everyone know all the build specs as soon as I get them. I bet it is really a 415 or 416 too.
