Default LS7 Road Race Engine Modifications?

My friend has a new LS7 Corvette that he is going to road race. What mods would be best to make a bullet proof endurance racing motor?
I'm thinking; head studs, main cap studs, hardened pushrods, valve springs.
What else do we need? Rod bolts?

I'd suggest giving me a call on Monday. Our LS7 engine packages are designed with endurance in mind. We did win Le Mans 4 times

You guys suck! You need to work on your motors, they are not good enough.

I just wish I could afford one of those P.O.S.'s

Back to the original topic... Why would you change anything in the LS7 engine? Have there been any LS7 road race engine failures? What level of racing are you at? How many races will you run in a year? Unless you are running WC or Rolex I would not change anything in the engine... Work on handling and driver skills and when the engine fails, fix it...

I agree here. Handleing and driver skill is much harder to master. Not as Sexy as a 427, but wins races all the time.
