Ok I just got my LS7 from GM anyway I have everything I need but I'm curiuos do I want all 4 O2 sensors or have the back 2 eliminated on the ECU? The GM tech asked me this also he said if I was going to be using headers I would need to have warm up delay programed in also. Is this correct? What do I want? Also on a side note does anyone make a harness adapter that I can use to plug it in to my car? Its a 69 Camaro with a Painless 18 circut.

You don't need the rear O2's. Talk to Speartech about a complete set-up...you can't go wrong!
