Bore size???? how big??

I did a search and i found from 20-60 over, so im looking for been there done that people not i think or i heard of people.
no offence, i just want facts.

what the biggest you can go on an ls2 block?
from what im messuring ect it looks like 40 over should be no issue with a motor car. anyone go more with luck?

Largest I've ever seen is .030" over on an LS2 block, and I've only seen one or two of those. .060" over is a tall order for the stock sleeves.

yhea, i can see 30 over no problem, thats 408 correct? with a 4" crank

i think a guy named shirl dickey bores some ls2s out to 4.030 but i'm not 100 % positive .

4.030" bore + 4.00" stroke = 408

My aluminum LS2 is bored.030" over with stock sleeves, 4.030" & 4.100" crank 6.125" rods = 418cid.

Yea, I'd say .30 is safe for motor/slight power adder.
