Default Best method to seperate LS2 intake?

I would like to look at the inside of a LS2 manifold I have to see what all this talk is about. What is the best way to seperate the manifolds two halves without damage?
Thanks.

That is pretty thin stuff that is "welded" together. Are you sure?

I've done it and am trying to find a means of offering a clean plenum version. I trashed one in the process of separation. It will not separate along the line that divides it in two halves. There's no way to cut it there without hacking it up.

Trust me on this. I spent hours trying to separate so it would go back to gether like stock.

So then am I correct in the idea that the only way you and others on this board have successfully ported these intakes is with whatever you can acess from the 90mm inlet and the 8 intake ports? I figured you were able to seperate the intake and actually clean up the inside...
