Katech does, i have ported my own, and probably most of the tuners does.
But the inlet manifold is so restrictive that i chokes the unported heads a lot.
Even a heavy ported inlet manifold chokes the heads, so start with a sheet metal manifold, and you can go on from there if you need to.
