Well supposedly LG Motorsports made the 627rwhp thru a LS7 intake, so need to investigate this further. They also made just over 530rwtq.

Hopefully this is a situation of when the engine was ready to start singing, that the camshaft had already did what it was supposed to do.

the carb style manifold also allows an even air flow instead of forcing air into the rear cyls. thats one of the many many reasons why i choose a vic jr on my set up.

Either way, nice build and i am sure it will bring smiles for a long time

JMBLOWNWS6- great thread. Everyone, thanks for the tech talk. I like the fact that it was built with a milder cam.

KHShapiro- nice pics of your buildup. Any of the car?

Thanks guys. We ran it last night and still cant get it to go into 3rd gear up high Ran a best of 11.04@130 on BFG's I know this monster has a 10 in it. Just a matter of getting this clutch issue sorted out. And whats funny is when we switched from the american racing headers from the LG's that dip showed up. I have the other graph to compare. Just need to get it from the shop where I left it And this same thing happened to another car with those headers and it did the same thing too

I dont see why not! My LS6 holds 11 to 12 psi no problem. And I know some other with turbo's push way more than that on QEM intakes
