LS7 or 402 solid roller set up
A solid roller will require some expensive rocker arms. Add it up and the LS7 will run about $1k more than a well built 402. That gets you bigger bore, better heads, higher flowing intake, and a hydralic cam engine that makes 550 rwhp. Plus, it's an LS7. IMO, get the LS7.
Ok...
L92 415 cu. in. motor - $1300 block, $3000 ETP heads, $875 FAST 90mm, Nick Williams 90mm throttle body, rails?, injectors?, etc.
LS7 427 cu. in motor - $3175 block, LS7 heads $?, LS7 intake $?, what throttle body, rails, and injectors?, etc.
Crank, rods, and pistons, no price difference.
So the LS7 heads are $2500? Are these stock GM LS7 heads, reworked GM LS7 heads, or someone's own LS7 casting? LS7 intake $300. Is that a stock bare intake or does it come with rails and injectors?

Rockers are 150 for the set. Rails are stock LS7 at 150. Still need the Nick Williams TB, 42 lb injectors.
