LS2 swap problems...I need help.
Anyone done an LS2 swap into a 98 or am I the only one? If so, have you ran into any problems with the 98 PCM or tranny?
I recently did a LS2 402 swap into my 98 and we have been having issues with the tranny going into limp mode (we think, there's no other way to describe it). This is a built trans. There are no codes. The car has been datalogged with HP tuners and a Tech 2. At 1/2 to WOT the car will rev to where the stall flashes and pull no more. It feels like your towing a 2 ton boat anchor up a hill. If you turn off the car and then restart it the car is fine for a couple minutes and then does it again. Normal driving is fine. The motor will rev all the way to the limiter in neutral. Just about everything on motor and tranny are new.
At first we thought it was a tranny or converter issue, but after having the converter and tranny rebuilt, it still did it. We have done the following to chase down the bug: checked the tuning, retuned, replaced the MAF, TPS, put a different tranny in the car, checked all sensors, grounds, connections, and the wiring. Everything appears to be fine.
The only thing left to do is replace the wiring harness and PCM.
Anyone have any ideas what the problem could be? Has anyone ran into a similar issue? Could it be a PCM issue?
Any help would be appreciated.

Yeah mines a stroker too. It only started doing it after I finally got the motor completely broken in. It may have been doing it before, but I wouldn't have know b/c I didn't go WOT until I had about 1500 miles on everything.
