It sure looks purdy, and that's what sells.

I'd love to say more in this thread but it gets edited

Bret

If that is meant as sarcasm, it didn't work…… reads more like arrogance or jealousy.

Besides, where are your numbers on this cylinder head project?

Jason, good job..

I warned Bret to stop trolling TSP threads a few minutes ago.

Guys I'm not allowed to answer anything on these threads anymore, so just don't ask. Everyone can have an opinion on why or what I say, but you what opinions are like, everyone has one.

Two more questions... Will my injectors and fuel rails from my LS6 intake fit the L76 intake? Will LSx style 90mm throttle bodies fit?

I really like Bret's opinions on things, he is pretty much always spot on with everything he says. Personally I would like to test a set of the PRC heads. It'd really open some eyes on the kind of quality at PRC against some other Porters.

mustang, have you had any experience with the PRC heads? kinda sounds like you're implying that they may be inferior to others...

If you run more duration on the exhaust you can make up for it, but how much? And surely in the end you don't have the exact same result.

Or is it not a big deal?

This is more a question about the L92 heads in general and nothing negative toward PRC.

No first hand expierence, hence testing.

I'll even buy the set of heads, but if they don't turn out well I'd want my money back.

No, I'm wanting to test the heads. TSP doesn't know me so of course I'd need to pay for the heads to test them, and then return them when the testing is done. I don't want to run their heads.

You're just being argumentative, flow testing and taking data on a set of heads doesn't ruin them or actually make them used. I would hope PRC would do the same things before they leave the shop. I don't think your comments are necessary and obviously you are just trying to pick a bone.

IIRC ETP, Patriot & AFR have all done the same thing with independent testing, why not on these heads since they appear to be a controversial subject?

Also you don't speak for TSP/PRC so please don't comment further on what actions they would take, let those comments be reserved for the folks who own the shop.

IF THE HEADS ARE SO GOOD WHY WOULDN'T THEY WANT THEM TESTED INDEPENDENTALY SO THE RESULTS CAN BE SEEN FOR EVERYONE?

testing them independantly is one thing, but why would they sell sets just to have them returned for no reason? i don't know any of them personally but as a business person myself i would assume that they are doing this work to make a PROFIT...

Like I said I'd deposit money for TSP because they don't know me, so I can have them tested. They can't lose any money on the deal, but only gain free advertising.

Sounds like they have spent some time on them to get them to work well with the 400-430 ci stroker world. I have just been waiting for the green light, and some #s so I can get a set coming my way. Really helps out the budget stroker projects.
