Will an Accel Gen 6 or 7 run a built L92?
Will an Accel Gen 6 or 7 run a built L92? Ok, im building a 418 cube L92 for my Sonoma GT, and im using an L92 punched .20 over to a 4.080 bore, using an Eagle forged 4 in stroke crank with the LS1 style reluctor ring 24 i beleive, and the rest will be eagle rods, custom JE pistons L92 heads and L L76 intake with holley 90mm cable TB. Well i wanted to find out it it was possible to use something like an Accel Gen 6 or 7 DFI system to run this engine?
Id like to use the BS3, but id liek to find a cheaper solution, my other thought was to have a custom harness made and use a stock LS1 PCM and something like HPTuners to tune it myself, but a buddy of mine had this Accel system that he will sell me for less than the cost of the HPT so if i can use this to run the engine than im going to take the deal.

Did you have to do anything special to make it run, i mean are you running the 58x or 24x crank wheel, and does accel have an LSx spicifc harness you can get or did you just take a standardn harness and modify it to work?
The unit im looking at getting has been run on a built SBC with a single turbo making around 550 horses, and i was thinking that i could just modify the harness to work on the LSx engine, also the system is batch fire is yours?
One other thing is will the Accel GEN 7 run the LSx coil on plug setup??

Just one more question, do you have the Gen 6 or 7 on your LS2??
The system im looking at buying is the Gen 6 and i want to find out if its capable of running in sequential mode, instead of just batch fire.
