What's up- kinda new to the LSX technical side of the house, so any help would be cool.
I got ahold of an Iron Block 6.0 Truck Motor, complete Engine with acessories(no Harness or PCM) for $1500.
1. That sound like a good deal to you guys? It's lower than most places..
2. I know that there had to be some modifications done to the LS1 Camaro Harness to get that 6.0 to work, anyone have them?
And 3. I plan on building this up, anyone have any shortcuts/tips on some good parts. I am looking into a .600 lift, 112LSA Cam, Fast 90 Intake and Throttle Body, and a good set of Heads.

I would go with L92 heads and L74 Intake and then boost it.

Sounds like you got a pretty good deal!
Check out the L92 head info on this site.. Great bang for the buck.
You can get a set of assembled GM L92 heads for less that $850.
The matching intake manifold is just $225, and the setup will outflow
a Fast setup all day. It really depends on what you are looking to do though.
Determine your ultimate horsepower goal and intended usage and work back from there.
If you drive the car daily, focus on a mild cam and head combo that will give you the drivability, power and mileage you're after.
My ride is not a daily driver, so I am willing to make tradeoffs for more power.
I am in process of a twin turbo L92 build myself and I can't wait for spring!
Good luck with the project! What are you building?

That was why I was eventually going to do a LSX swap, the parts are everywhere, and pretty cheap, cheaper than the LT1.
