Differences between LS2 and LQ9??

Differences between LS2 and LQ9?? Other than iron block, 317 heads, truck intake and sensors whats the difference between a 345 Hp LQ9 and a 400 Hp LS2? Where does the extra 55 Hp come from?
The cam, the heads, the intake, compression....The LQ9 is an iron block vs the LS2 is aluminum. The LQ9 is essentially just an LS1 minus aluminum with a little bigger bore. All sensors and accessories bolt right on. On the LS2, some of the sensors are different, the fuel rails are different I think, maybe a few other things.
rods a beefier and have floating wrist pins i believe. also the LQ9 have flat top pistons. i think the LS2 are dished if i remember right. i have never worked on an LS2 though. cams a slightly different also.
The LS2 has higher compression (11.0 vs. 10.0), much bigger cam, higher flowing 90mm intake and TB plus much higher flowing exhaust manifolds.
