i wish someone would hurry up. my motor(402ci ported l92/l76 will be done in a few weeks. my motor builder is going w/a custom ground,but he had done NO testing and hope to not get a cam that may not work well with the combo. he was thinking 248 258dur 610-620ish lift 112lob????

I think this combo on a 400+ ci motor should be able to make almost 550rwhp if setup properly, but so far it seems as though many people are falling short of 500rwhp. What company is leading the race so far?
A shop in Lauderdale. 530 RWHP from a 416ci LS2 blocked L92/L76 head&cam combo using a tiny 228 cam. Its less than 230, I'm almost certain its a 228. Idles exactly like stock.

I have seen you pimp this cam before. Is it actually in something or is it just something you figured out?? Not bashing, just wondering.

I guess rick at Synergy is a fool huh?? 520 rwhp at 6K 236/246 on a 115.
LG too???
LG Motorsports G7X3:
2xx/2xx@.050 .622/.644 lift 118LSA (1.8RAR
)
You can't make a general statement like that. WAY too much other **** is involved.
Better to keep your mouth closed and people think you a fool, than to open it and prove them right

Vengeance is in the middle of my 415" L92/TFS 225 build right now. Somewhat similar to what was posted above.

I've known these guys for many years and have every reason to trust their knowledge/work. This will be the first motor I've ever paid someone else to build, and have no doubt it will perform as promised.

Target #'s are 550/5xx NA., and you can bet your *** I'll post up dyno/track numbers(good or bad)in the coming weeks.

there are reasons to go with a wide LSA...... my post was geared towards those that hit the track frequently. I dont see why you would want something higher than a 114...... to each is own. The fool statement was maybe a bit harsh. My bad.

Default Patrick G Cam Selection for my 402

I went with a Patrick G. recommendation for my 402. L92 heads with the exhaust ports & bowlscleaned up/milled .030 & L76 intake.

It's real close to the cam JakeFusion is talking about. I hope it makes lot's of torque.

I just dropped the driveline today. Still waiting for CTS-v lifters and the new cam from Thunder.
