I have done some NA only and small NOS<175 shot 427 L92 and LS1 deals that are very nice and have very light weight parts in them. I use a 4.100 crank, 6.200 rod and a 4.070 bore L92 block and it works very well. I use a lil more exotic ring pack to keep more skirt in the bore at BDC so I can stay with the L92 block sleeve. I actually keep more skirt in the cylinder at BDC than most 408s which work fine anyway.
