Default help! coolant in intake ports!

Alright guys, i hope i didnt screw up that bad but heres what happened. I was gonna do an ls6 intake swap soon and 2 weeks ago i took apart my throtle body and egr. Yesterday one of my old buddies stoped by and wanted me to start it up so he could here it. I totally forgot about having the ******* parts off and i started the engine. It started ruff and then the idle went up really high and was bouncing off the rev limiter. Then i remembered the parts were off So today i started to take off the intake for my swap. After i got the intake off i looked into the ports with a flashlight and theres puddled of coolant in there. now what do i do?

well without a throttle body the engine would probably redline, and since there are coolant tubes that connect to the throttle body maybe you just sucked in some coolant from there...

alright, i already know where i sucked coolant from but thats not the problem. the problem is i have coolant puddles around my valves inside the intake ports. what do i do? what can happen from this mess? is my engine gonna be toast?

get all the water out of the intake ports/valves, water is not compressable and you will run the risk of pushing out a head gasket or somthing like that. just suck most of it out with a shop vac.

Maybe, but you probably have a slight vacuum leak there, replace that bolt soon. 60 PSi oil is fine.

ok, so i talked to eastside performance from my area and they said i should be ok. said the engine should just burn off the coolant,it may smoke and smell for a while. also need to change the oil maybee a few times. The car seems to run fine for now. Also it is smoking a little. Hopfully it gonna be ok
