Default Stock Piston Rings Or File Fit!!!!!!!!!!

i got my ls2 honed and they said that it would still be stock size it is stock rods, piston, crank should i get the stock rings or aftermarket file fit ones it is a head/cam motor.also what rod bearings should i get and are the main cap bolts reuseable?does anyone know the ring gap sizes?

File fits will allow you to use the tightest suitable gaps. Stock rings will have even larger gaps after the hone by a factor of 3:1. Still be ok though. Stock rings are the easiest option so I guess it's down to how handy you are and how much time you have to file rings should you go that route.
