And assuming a solid roller in the .750 range, you'll need about 370 CFM intake flow at .650 lift (using the .285 coefficient - assuming that you won't get absolutely optimum wave tuning unless you do completely custom intake and headers). 370 CFM at .650 is doable - I'd look into ETP LS7 or canted valve heads, which have the advantage of easy support for shaft rockers, which you'll want with the kind of SR cam we're talking about).
To make the number while keeping revs in your desired range, you need absolutely as many cubes as you can get. 4.125 or slightly larger bore, 4.1 or 4.125 stroke, CID in the 440 to 450 range. Ported single plane carb-style intake, or fabricated sheet metal. 1.875 or 2.0 long tube header (going too big on header is a waste on these motors because of the small exhaust valve). Solid roller with .750 lift intake, less on exhaust, IVC @.050 about 60-70 degrees ABDC, EVO 70-80 degrees BBDC, depending on head selection. Water-cooled checkbook.
