not 100% true, the more $$cranks have better edges, better polishing, lighter weight.
so weight savings = HP and better polishing ect = less slosh and foaming which in turncan free up power. but they are pretty much as strong as the next.

How much would an lsx block ($2000) with the new SLP L92 package ($2300) along with all the other supporting components, set-up for FI run? Maybe looking to support a MAX of 700 - 750hp on pump gas 93 octane?

I'm not talking about spending that extra $1,500-$2,000 on JUST a crank or JUST better rods. Thats all you have to spend "extra" on the total set-up to have better parts throughout the engine. Its a no-brainer.
