Yaaa.. Gen IV for 2008 Colorado.........

The SS concept was the ****.. Had a 6spd too. Wish my TBSS had a 6spd.. It would be fun to take a base colorado with the motor junk'd and build your own from a SSR/TBSS drivetrain. The engine bay is rather large due to the fact they have to cram a 5cyl in it, correct?

Launching!
I just bought an '07 Colorado! I wanted a dailly driver with good fuel economy and some power. 5 cylinders of fury baby!!!
Its funny because I have always wondered how an LS based V-8 would perform in my truck. About time they did this.

A Colorado with a 5.3L will probably get 20+mpg on the highway even without AFM. Heck, even my old fullsize '00 regular cab short bed(RCSB) 2wd would get 20-21mpg on the highway with the 5.3L.
What is the reason the AFM won't be on it?

Here is another concept truck.

The cruz would be an awesome truck to have with a V-8.

I'd pimp either one, but I'm definately in the needing a 4x4. The Z71 looks like a cross between an S-10, Colorado and an Nissan Extera

I wouldn't mind the regular cab w/v8 and 6 speed myself.... but with all the new emissions regs, you probably won't see a regular cab with the v8.
As for diesels... possible...but probably not for the US market right now.....oh the possibilities i can think of with that too.
