Default Changing Cam effect AFR on already tuned car?

I currently have a dyno tune on my car, I am getting a TR224/224 112LSA cam installed...how much will this change my AFR??? I am driving 6 hours to get it re-tuned.....

Am I going to get more rich or more lean?

Thx

That cam will want more fuel in the midrange up vs stock. Just drive it normal to the tuner and you will be fine.
