The AllPro heads are badass like the ETP CV's. Nelson is the builder to go with between the two. He's proven how his builds hold up and the crazy reliable high power his engines put out, without arguement. Never heard of Petty????

Alot of pettys stuff is running top of the field and seems to finish well consistenly.

I'm sure you'll recognize this world record holding 10.5W car built by Steve Petty.

Honestly I don't think I can go wrong with either Nelson or Petty. I'm going with Nelson simply because I like the setup slightly better and Petty/Proline are backed up worse, and slightly higher in price.
