You can't make everybody happy, you WILL have people that are going to make negative comments. At the auto parts chain that I used to work for they gave all of the store mngr's results from normal survey's that they were always cunducting. If the customer has a good experiance they will tell usually around 4-5 people on average. If they have had a bad experiance (right or wrong) they will tell no less than 10 people about it. Since you are an internet sponsor you are going to have way more than 10 people posting negative feedback. Just let your work do the talking and ignore the haters.
