Lifters for 427 LS2

I am picking up my shortblock this week and I started thinking about running the Caddy racing lifters. I am going to be running a sleeved LS2 block and ported L92 heads and intake. I am running the patriot extreme springs with a QM600 cam. I have the original lifters from the LS2 they have 2500 miles on them. Do I reuse the LS2 lifters or upgrade to the Caddy lifters. I know the Caddy lifters are only $230 but if they are not going to be any benefit why make the switch?

I have a set of caddy lifters on the shelf (and a set of morel lifters too)

i'll go $250 shipped on the gm racing lifters, have them to you following business day. Free overnight shipping to IA.
