LS2 403 help....please?
LS2 403 help....please? Heres the deal guys. I recently installed a LS2 403 in my 2000 camaro. On initiall start up it idled on its own but was missing badly and running rich. Well I swapped the cam extension harness wires around, and it fired up and idled decently(old cam only tune, MS4). Actually drove the car around for a little while and it did fine, just some bucking and what not. I went to get on it a little bit in first and at around 3500rpm it stumbled and fell on its face. But was still driving fine, and idling fine. So I park it and suspect it just needs tuned. I dont drive it anymore except to back it out of the carport to wash it. It idled fine before I washed it, but when I went to crank it after I got done it was acting just like it did before I swapped the cam extension wires around. So I check to make sure there is no water on any connections and the engine bay is just about bone dry. It was missing so badly I could hardly get it back into the carport. Well I try some little things to try and get it back to the way it was before I washed it, and it just kept getting harder and harder to crank. And now it wont even fire at all, and if it does it is just barely. Also it sounds like its trying to start underwater, a gargle type sound from the exhaust. It is throwing a SES, but I havent been able to check it. I just dont understand how it can run fine one minute and then not run at all the next...not looking good for me. So if anyone has ANY ideas, PLEASE give them to me!
