Well i had a nitrous detonation a couple days ago and now my motor is knocking a little, I was wondering if anyone thinks it might be a cracked piston??? I checked the drivers side valves and pushrods the they look good.And i also did a compression test on the number one cylinder? Whats next can anyone give me any ideas???

 

You need to do a compression test on all the cylinders. You may have hurt the #7 cylinder that one seems to lean out.
