That's one of the 6.0L MLS gaskets and it should measure about 4.030" bore diameter or so IIRC. Which head are you running? Many heads will allow you to use that one...AFR 225's and L92 heads are just a couple that would require a larger bore gasket.

You need to see how big the chambers are across like Matt is saying above since you don't want the head gasket hanging in the chamber actling like a glow plug. The 6.2 gasket is bigger and the LS7 is even bigger if you need it.

what kinda stuff do i use to clean the Deck that the head gasket and heads seal on ? is there a specific solution i need to use ? cause if there is oil on the deck and i install the heads it will ruin the head gasket and wont seal right ?

The deck and heads need to be clean but you don't want stuff falling down between the cylinder and the top ring lands so be careful if this is on an assembled engine!
I use laquer thinner to degrease the deck and heads usually but I hate doing the deck with an engine in a car. Maybe some of the other shops that do heads and cams have some good advice towards cleaning the deck while keeping crap from falling in the cylinders and engine.
