Cam lobe profiles Anyone with L92 experience. I remember a few posts about not using conventional lobe profiles with the L92's. Has anyone spun their custom secret spec cams on a cam doctor to see what they have? Not looking to take anything away from the custom cam guys, just curious to know if the cam that I installed is way out in left field. PM me if need be.

Most of the fast turbo guys seem to like more of an endurance lobe and less of a square drag lobe. The seem to be more stable under boost, rpm cleaner, and allow the springs to last longer. Comp has some nice marine lobes and their XE high lift lobes are very popular with the force inductions crowd. XE-R lobes sometimes get squirrely under boost.

The Crane "LSHS" lobes, more aggresive than there HR5 lobes seem to work very well in any LS3/7 applications, but if more Lobe lift/faster ramps are needed, there HR-400 lobes will do the job.
