You don't have to re-sleeve the block for 4.065" pistons...your machine shop will measure the piston diameter (which will be about 4.060"), and then they will bore/hone the cylinders to provide between .004" and .006" clearance between the piston and wall.

1) You need to call someone tell them what you want in the end, write them a check and sit back and wait.

OR

2) Start reading the stickies on here and they will answer every question you have had so far.

You need to choose one of the above. Because if you start ordering parts at random you are going to end up with a big pile of **** that doesn't work.

4.10"x4.0" = 422

4.065"x4.1" = 426
4.080"x4.1" = 429
4.10"x4.1" = 433
lol i know I was debating putting that in but its not really interchangeable like the others do to the crank snout being longer

What compression height are you going to order for your pistons??

Ring Pack??

Dish or dome??

Valve reliefs? Angle on them?? Size?? Placement??

That is just the piston questions. If you can answer all of those, then you have it figured out, if not, see my advice above. Good luck and I hope everything works out good for you.
