please help with me stroker motor
what can i do to make it a nice stroker??
can i take a ls2 crank an put it in there an make it a 416?
will i just use the pistons from the 6.2l an rods???
please help me with this thank you
The block is a 4.060, You clean it up .005 to make it a 4.070 and put a 4" stroke crank in it to make a 416. A stock crank is 3.62.
Sticking an ls2 crank in there does not make a "stroker"
They're 4.065" from the factory
Also, the LS2 crank is the same 3.622" stroke as your LS1 crank, so throwing it in there will not yield any favorable results. Also, although not many people go .030" over on the L92 as of yet, we are doing some R&D on it and it looks promising! We have a L92 422ci short-block that we should have some firm numbers on (sonic testing and such) very soon!

That will give you the extra stroke you need to make a stroker motor
