Default 10G's+ for motor build who to do it?

Hey everybody, i recently got back from a nice tour of a whole lotta sand and ive racked up some money and ive got a lil over 10 thousand dollars to put into an engine. im looking for an aluminum 400+cube block to put down 500+ whp AND use a 150-200 shot at the track. i will be doing mostly street driving BUT ITS NOT MY DAILY DRIVER! i saw Scoggin Dickey was doing the el toro 427 and got excited but apparently they stopped. I would like this to be pretty much turnkey. yes i have the suspension to handle it all. BTW its going in a 94 Z28 with a M6. Anyways does anybody have opinions or recommendations? Sponsers feel free to reply please. theres so many and i just dont know who to choose from so i thought i would ask what yall think. Thanks guys.

I will send you a pm. I offer engines from HKE. We can work with you to produce your dream engine and within your budget. We offer everthing from a 370 iron block to a 457 sleeved LS2, and as mentioned by Stangs Bane we get it right the first time.

I plan on going to the shop on Friday. I can check on your engine if you want

You may get a 427 instead of a 457

Shoot me over a pm with what your goals & setup is. We can put together a complete package for you & might even have a short-block in stock! With over 40 shorts sitting here at one time, the odds we have something is pretty good! We just finished a 402 ls2 that made 530ish rwhp before the bottle on our PRC L92 Heads & a 240/244 camshaft. We can even ship the car with a pcm tuned for the car & engine dyno numbers if the customer requests it!

This is something that they probably don't have an enormous amount of experience with(mostly SBC) but these companies are two of the most respected engine builders out there
http://www.propowerracing.com/
or
http://www.jaydickens.com/

They'll make more power than you'll know what to do with!

You forgot to mention that he doesn't take 3 months to build a motor.

Our shop exclusively uses LME motor's. Do not hesitate to shoot me a PM.

We do quite a bit of business with them, so our pricing reflects that.

TPE can offer:
  • A 400"+cid forged sortblock
  • TFS Heads "Complete, including ferrea valves and dual springs"
  • FAST 92 intake
  • Complete roller valvetrain (including rockers, pushrods, and lifters)
  • Custom cam
  • Oil pump
  • Double roller timing set
  • All of the essentials

Pretty much bolt in and go: 500/500+ ALL DAY ONG

For less than 10 grand..

I'm not talking about using cheap parts like scat, eagle, mahle, etc..

I'm talking about callies crank, callies rods, wiseco pistons, moly rings, yella terra rockers, comp cam, melling pump, clevite bearings, ALL ARP head, main, and rod studs... THE WORKS..

PM me if you need anything. Cause we've been there, done that, ad tried it.
