stroker 6.2
LS7 rods can work with a stroker crankshaft, but are very expensive, and will need custom pistons.
6.2 pistons? well they are 1.340" compression height, they are for stock stroke.
probably best to go with a 6.2 block, callies compstar crankshaft/rods and take your choice of any the big name piston companies (diamond, wiseco, mahle), they all make 4.070" pistons
