Default ls7 block BUT with all ls1/2 internals and accessories...

just wondering if i need anything special to use a ls7 block in an ls1 car (camaro)? basically building a 427 motor using all ls1 parts, by this i mean like if i were to build a 427 LS1 motor..just instead of using an ls1 block i will be using an ls7 block.
will all my ls1 accessories bolt up correctly? everything from the wet sump oiling system? a 4" stroke crank 24xR intended for an ls1 work? any sensor adapters needed? anything else i may be forgetting?

Yes, it's so easy I am suprised that more people are not building these combinations.

You will have to re locate the knock sensors. Use the balancer for your accessories. If you use the LS7 Crakshaft you will need to remove between 7/8 to 1" from the snout. Use a 1x LS2 Cam gear and front cover. Have the 24 tooth reluctor wheel installed on your crankshaft.

The pan and oil pump wil all bolt up in their stock locations.

I might be forgetting something but I am sure others will jump in

You can also use a spacer instead of cutting the LS7 crank snout.
