Default anyone seen this style crank bolt before

on the right, it is for my ls7 compared to the stock bolt.

ordered from the local dealer and it took a week or so to get here

Is it reuseable? Will it work on other LS engines besides LS7's?

No, its still torque to yield. And no, the crank snout is different on an LS7.
