Purchased a L86 from a Silverado. My plan is to use the vette LT1 FEAD. I went to install the vette balancer and it's bottoming out against the timing cover before it even gets halfway seated on crank hub. Am I using the incorrect balancer? Part # is 12619782. This is a wet sump motor if that makes a difference.
