No such thing as best cam. Depends on what you do with the car there could be hundreds of combinations.
Do some search around here for LS3 cams, plenty of threads just like yours come up every single day.

Try reading the stickies and posting in the appropriate section before you start a thread. If you had already done so, you would know there is no best cam and you would have posted this in the Gen IV section.
