Default Smoking at idle.

Your thoughts. Light blue smoke.
C7 cam swapped, new pushrods, valve springs and valve stem seals.
Number 1 cylinder is having issues.
smokes at idle after warm, no smoke seen during driving.
I used a fair bit of WD40 when cleaning the heads and pistons that were full of carbon.
see video of camera showing cylinder 1 smoking after spark plug removed 10 minutes after turned off.

I'd drive it a while longer and see what happens. What do the spark plugs look like? Oily, especially #1?

Are they oily and wet on the internal ignition white porcelain? Or oily at the threads on the heavy portion of the plug external to the sparking end?

If oily on the heavy body of the plug then I'd say a valve seal got mangled during installation.

Default Tdc?

Per all data it shows the timing marks both at 12 o’clock I set the bottom one to 12 o’clock and the top one to 6 o’clock. This is how I’ve seen it should be done online. Can anyone confirm where TDC is?

Confirmed oil getting into combustion chamber.
Valve stem seals are new and changed out again on number 1 cylinder to rule out them being the issue.

The cam can be set with the timing gear at 6 or 12 it doesn't make a difference. The cam turns at 1/2 the speed of the crankshaft so one revolution puts the cam gear at 6 and the next revolution puts the cam gear at 12.

Check your intake for oil to be sure oil is not getting sucked into it via the PCV system.

I didn’t notice much oil. Only one cylinder getting bathed in oil. i am going to do a leak down test tomorrow.

I went through this exact same deal last year. Turns out I had 2 or 3 valve seals that lifted off the guide and got smashed by the inner spring of my dual valve springs. I would pull both valve covers and do your best with a light and a small mirror to verify where the seals are on each valve stem. Easy to do with single springs, a bit difficult with duals although no impossible.
