Default 2017 Sierra 6.2L afm dod delete

Hello guys iv ran into an issue with a 2017 sierra denali 6.2l. L86 I got texas speed cam and all afm dod delete parts along with a 32% more fuel lash cap. I STARTED THE truck and ran then shut it off and wouldn't fire it wanted too but wouldn't waited about 10 mins and fired off the ecu is still stock no tune would that be a problem that there is no tune? More than likely needs a tune? Has anyone else ran into this problem. Not trying to sound like an idiot it's my first gen 5.

Im mostly used to working on the ls stuff I like them better.

You put in a hotter cam, you WILL need a tune in nearly every case

Yes, it needs a tune. Also, the leading-edge pump angle table needs adjusted to compensate for the larger fuel pump lobe on the cam.

I would be too scared to even start one without a tuner looking at it.
