Default PCV quick connect fittings to AN

Hi all. I'm adding a catch can to my L83. I'm wanting to do all AN lines. I'm adding the catch can in series between the valley pan port under the throttle body and the line in the center of the intake manifold on the driver's side. I'm struggling to find one fitting in particular available in the market. The factory pcv lines use M10 J2044 quick connect female fittings. I'm looking for those fittings with an AN male (-6 size is what i planned, but i can go up if needed). Has anyone else done this? Seems there's not a great solution available without going to an intermediate barb. I ordered some parts to try and make my own, but would prefer to have the exact fitting.

What about a 3/8 fuel rail adapter? It's close enough in diameter that it might work. Something like Earl's part #751166ERL

First: 3/8" ID is too small for crankcase venting.
Second: AN lines are "Silly" for atmospheric, zero gage pressure applications.

Factory lines are 3/8 ID. As stated above, the factory fitting is M10 F2044. I'm not talking about the breathers from the valve covers to the intake box, I'm talking about the line from the valley to the intake manifold. Well understood that AN is overkill. I still want to do it this way.
