Fella's, you're trying to get blood from a stone here. The "4/3" setup stemmed from a lot of monkeying around in order to get folks Koni's for less money than the 4/4 setup. Yes, you give up some adjustment and ease, but you also get $103 off a set. And that's the rub, you get what you pay for. Here's the other way to look at this--We sell Koni's for 30% off of the Retail price. That 30% actually puts what I sell them for *UNDER* the jobber price (what shops are supposed to buy them for) and down about where WD (warehouse distributor) level would be. And I have have Koni beating me the other way so I don't bastardize the product.
So, *IF* we get enough orders, which given the cost of things now is going to be about *CONFIRMED 15 sets (not pairs, full sets of 4), I'd be willing to consider free GROUND shipping (Continential 48 States only, sorry). But because I'm working alone, I cannot possible keep track of a GP.
Now, let me be realistic for a moment if you don't mind. Who wants to wait for 14 other random folks to get of their butts and get in? How many times have you seen someone say they are, only to pull out? I can't manage that stuff right now. I'm sorry, I need to do my day to day business of selling parts at an already fair price.
Again, I'm sorry.... but one thing leads to another and someone who didn't get off their asses and into any GP wants the same deal a day later. It's a huge hassle and I frankly don't feel I need to do it, and that it hurts the quality of my work since I have to spend time with little details about nickels and dimes vs. details about setting up the cars.

Sounds like something we'd have to track ourselves. I have a feeling that there isn't enough interest ATM to give him a GP list of 15.
Anyway, count me in. I'd like something to happen with this before March if possible.
Let's get a list going? I'll add all the people who wanted the GP AFTER the turn of the year. Next person who wants in, copy the list and add your name!

That'll work fine. If/when you guys get enough names, you'll all have to call me within a certain time frame and place the order. If someone flakes or I can't get the number, I can't do it.
I hope that doesn't come across as harsh, it's not meant to be. I've just learned that it's one thing for folks to say "I'm in" vs. ponying up when the time comes. And it's one reason I don't run GP's...
