Default Volant Intake

Interested in a volant intake... any sponsers interested in starting a GP on them?

Figured if the price is right, more people would consider buying them over a lid

I just got rid of mine to someone who helped do my brakes, lol. I had it in a Camaro. Only think it's good for the Ram Hood T/A's, IMO. Too much hot air for me. Went FTRA set-up

We have them on sale and in stock here-

If someone were to run a GP you may save $10-$20..but is that worth the wait..and letting a vendor hold your money? Probaly not.

I had one on my 99 camaro it looked good but the filter would not seal right to the plastic piece because it would keep warping. I would have to heat it up about once every other month to get rid of the warped area so the filter would seal off. This was the single filter volant intake. It was just a bad design with the large oval filter.
This is the one I had. The one for the firebird/trans am might be ok. http://marylandspeed.com/volant-cool...58c-p-597.html

I heard a guy lost 10 rwhp switching from a whisper setup to the volant on his 01 t/a. he said he sent it back to them. Another guy was running almost a half second off his previous best having just switched to the volant. his short times were off too though, nobody could hook up that night. idk what to think.
