My entire setup was 1,8xx frm tsp. That was cam, heads, valves, springs w ti retainers, (fully assembled heads), pushrods, head gaskets, head bolts, timing chain, balancer bolt, and that includeds can of your choice or a custom grind. It really don't pay to buy the stuff separate.

And I would run something heavier than the ls6 springs. Just peace of mind and u will feel better running to higher rpms. Ls6 springs are good for ls6 cams and not much more. Especially if they got some time on em.

anything specific needed ?

anyone have interest in true dual exhaust? full 3" with bullet mufflers and 3 bolt flange collector connection. it'll be worthless to me with the new build. i might have some other stuff too, cam, heads, wheels and tires. i have a guy that might want some of it, im just putting a feeler out.

If those heads came off an 01 or 02 LS6, I wouldnt use the springs. My 2002 Z06 had 2 springs break when it was under warranty, luckily the valves didnt drop. Its a common problem and if you go to the Vette forum and search valve spring failures in the C5 section you will read a lot of stories about valve springs breaking on late production 01 and early build 02 cars with stock cams. Some posts have pictures of destroyed engines showing what happens when the valve does drop into the cylinder, its ugly.
