whistler??

Whistler is another name for an old-school Roots type or Eaton supercharger ... a.k.a. wind squeezer or blower or huffer . They call them that because they make a whistling sound unlike anything else. Look for older trucks with Detroit Diesel engines and good luck at the boneyard nastyz !

I was thinking about the same. What are stock ls6 valve springs good for? I'd like to be able to keep them and not have to buy new ones lol

yea id go with a cam around the same size Joe said, either that or go with a custom cam. the ls6 springs are good to around .570 lift. i would definetely change them to a set of duals though incase you want to upgrade later on
