So we can pull the trailer with the BBQ on it and/or pull Fords out of the mud but most importantly, to re-arrange your shin bone when you pass behind the car at the supermarket! That last one really smarts the eyes!!!
Mainly rear end protection - it fairly sorts out the radiator of anyone who dares to rear end us!

Is getting rearended a BIG problem in aussie land? Nice rides, I wish we had more choices for LS1 powered cars in the States, we just have Camaro(gm R.I.P.ed)Firebirds aka TA's,Formula's(gm also R.I.P.ed), Vettes and the New GTO which U guys already Know. GM should have spent more money on redesignng the FBodies instead of building the Freakin SSR(sorry had to Vent some Steam) Very Nice Rides U aussies have!!!

My nephew was rear-ended by a young "P" plate driver a few weeks ago - fairly wrecked the rear end and bent the floor and roof line and closed up the door openings.
His tow bar cracked the block of the FWD.
The young 'P" plater was messaging on the mobile phone at the time, and over "zero" tolerance and in deep trouble as a result - all insurances become null and void.

The tow bar generally offers good protection in car parks, etc.

Its a genuine HSV (Holden Special Vehecle) body kit.
The HSV GTS is a factory 300 KW (400 hp) model over here & comes Mafless !!!

There are plenty of fiberglass copys of this kit floating around.

The HRT 427 was a concept car that almost made it to manufacture - there were to be a limited no at around $180,000 AU

the intake is an 8 throttle body set up ,the carbon fiber ram tubes are covered by a box feed by 2 air boxes ,1 either side of the engine bay.

There are several 8 throttle body set ups manufactured in AUS.

Go here: http://www.samsperformance.com.au site is not finished, but click on "customer cars" there's a few pics in there. Email Sams or send a PM to Planb, he'll point you in the right direction.
