i just want to make sure I am reading the LSfest website correct. It looks like all of the events are split between Beechbend and NCM, but it looks like spectators are only allowed at Beechbend. Is that correct? Can people not go watch the HPDEs and other events at NCM?

Correct. NCM is for drivers and the passengers in the car. No spectator/spectator vehicles allowed at NCM.
