This my ride if you see me stop and say hello and tip a cold one
PS There are a bunch of people meeting at Summit Racing in McDonough Georgia at 10 AM Friday morning to caravan down to the Power Tour. Summit is right beside the interstate you cant miss it .... it is very large with a giant American flag flying in front of the store.

Thank you for the kind words...I had it repainted about 5 1/2 years 130,000 miles ago after all the mods were done. Its got 232,000 miles on it now. It has been a daily driver its whole life. Still has the orginal short block in it and it makes 452/418 ... I will be the drunk guy sitting next to it if you drop by. See ya there...tour till it hurts!!

Finished Clutch & Master Cylinder Install a couple weeks ago. Last week had new rubber mounted and the car aligned. And just today I got it vacuumed, detailed, and waxed. All that's left is to wipe down the glass and pack the car.
We're leaving early on the 2nd and hope to punch as deep as we can, so we can get to Cocoa Beach with time to relax on the 3rd.
We'll be in the Black 99 Firebird Formula that you see in my sig. Give a honk if you see us. We plan to do the same.
This is gonna be AWESOME!!

^If you happen to go out to your car one of the days with your Raptor hood missing and a stock one in it's place, I had nothing to do with it. Look forward to seeing it though, if I plan on keeping this car I'm getting one of those hoods.
New wheels and tires are at my parents waiting to replace my shot tires and tiny 16s, unfortuneatly the TSP headers and Y-pipe I ordered (first week of May...) are going to take another two or more weeks to get here Other than that, she's pretty much all set for the trip.

I couldn't get the Big Block T/A done in time..
so I'm on plan "B"..
It's a '95 Camaro... I did the v-6 to v-8 conversion on last year..
It's only a 12.50 car..but still fun..
I expect to get at least 18 mpg..
my buddy who is going with me volunteered 1/2 of the fuel bill..
so he's happy we are not taking the Big Block..LOL
see y'all down there..or look for us on the way!
Matt
here's the Camaro ..before the body work..
here's the T/a with the BBP in it..

I was so set on getting an SLP Ram Air H.O. Hood, but when I went to purchase one a few years ago, SLP had just discontinued producing them. I did a little more research and about a year later I decided on the Raptor Hood.
I think I made the right choice.
Hope to see you on the Tour!

I'll be sure to keep that in mind.
