I figure I'll get down there Thursday, check out some late night activities and then the beach on Friday morning/early afternoon. I'll make the trip to Kissimmee before traffic pics up.

Just so I have this straight, we register for the event before heading down (I took care of mine a few months ago) and then have to register in person (pretty much get all of our stuff) when we get down there?

yeah. i believe them having the registration at the original venue is so that people that didn't find out about the change don't have a problem. you register at the venue to get ur parking tags, stickers, goodies etc.
