Hello everyone Hey guys/girls, I've been on this site a while but have recently hust purchased a 1998 Formula (Trans Am clone) I will probably be askin around alot since there are a few things in need of fixing. I also have a 1986 Trans Am that is my daily driver (sorry I know not Lsx)

Yea, it's got a few things that need fixin!! But sometimes that's half the fun. Good luck with the build, let us see pics when it's done. On the bright side at least you get to paint it whatever color you want!

Thanks guys, Ya the color is what Im kinda wonderin bout (evn before Im done) I was thinkin a Black (like it was) with a shade of red. The best part I think is the work ahead cause when Im done Im gonna wonder what else to do.

That is where the performance modding starts! Nice project and good to see another bird that did not end up in the junkyard in that condition! Is it a salvage?

If i rember properly the windshield is around $900. Its either the windshield or the window for the back hatch.
I would attempt to goto a auto scrap yard thats where i got my spindle. (bent my stock one)
Most of the F-bodys and stuff there just had fucked up engine compartments.
All you gotta do is go pick apart stuff you need from there clean it up and slap it on.
Im pretty shure you can pull the windshield off one that will fit and get away with a steal for it to probaly about $100.
Good luck as well man paints not to expencive at Advanced Auto. They also got interior repair kits there to which i picked up my self for about $12's and it works.
Afterthough Auto which is an LS1 tech sponsor had good stuff as well if you want to boost the apperence more.
