I've got an 08 silverado with a 5.3L. Most of the vehicles on this site are cars, but my truck's engine is based on all of your car's engines...lol. Seemed like a good place to learn.
As of now, I've just got a cat-back exhaust and a blackbear tune. It's dropped 2" in the rear to level it out (and air springs to make up for lost hauling capacity), but that doesn't count much for performance.
