I know this is my first post but I have been visiting here regularly for the past 4-6 months. Anyways, to the good news. I just received the honor of owning a 1969 Camaro Z28
. So now I own a first gen and a last gen F-Body
. The good part of this is how much I paid for the '69.... 0$
. That's right it was given to me by a buddy at work, all I have to do is pick it up from NY. It is a project car though, no engine or trans(hmmm mind thinking 502 crate motor?) but I figured what the hell it's free and I work with my dad who just happens to own a body shop
. Can't wait to get started on it

I would try to find an orginal 302 and restore it back to factory spec. Would be really nice. There is a huge after market for old cars out there. I would die for a 69 Z. Nice man Have fun.

You should definatly get ahold of an ls6 and drop her in, that would be bad ***. Even if you put an ls1 in it would still be an incredible ride. Either/or what ever you do it will still be a great car, I would kill for a free '69.

thanks for all the welcome's/replies. I think you guy's may have convinced me to put a LS1/6 in it.Which would probably suit me better anyways since I am more familiar with the engine. Anyways I can't wait to go pick it up and get started on it
